Raísa Munira nació en Munich, Alemania, en 1982. Desde muy pequeña le interesaron las culturas milenarias, especialmente la egipcia con su historia; esto la llevó a investigar mucho y motivada por el trabajo que realizó durante varios años en el Museo de Antropología de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba y su ascendencia siria comenzó a estudiar danzas árabes.

Su técnica es fruto de la enseñanza de sus maestras  Ivana Fernández, “Sabah”, de la Sociedad Sirio Libanesa de Córdoba; Marcela Jater; María Eugenia Doldán, “Narim Adymal”; Irma Bulacio y Nadia Mignone, “Naiarah”; sumado a la experimentación autodidacta.

Raísa Munira ha complementado sus conocimientos gracias a estudios universitarios (UNC, UTN y UBA) de diversas temáticas como liderazgo, motivación y recursos pedagógicos, entre otros, los cuales aplica en el desarrollo de sus cursos y talleres.

Ha participado en numerosos eventos de carácter público y privado, entre ellos la entrega de premios Bamba; Milenium Prize, a entidades empresariales; Cena en Honor a la profesora Marta Luchenio, presidenta de la Asociación Argentina de Tango con el exterior; Homenaje a Arsenio Luque en el Teatro del Libertador San Martín y Cierre del III Congreso latinoamericano de paleontología de vertebrados Neuquén 2008, entre muchos otros.

En el año 2007 se dedico específicamente a la enseñanza de danzas árabes en Gimnasio “Héctor”, Escuela de artes “Luararte” y Escuela de danzas “Yoruba Dance Company” en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. En noviembre de ese mismo año fue directora y productora del evento cultural árabe “Hafla 2007” de carácter nacional, el cual tuvo lugar en el predio Ferial Córdoba, habiendo asistido numerosas escuelas de danzas árabes del país y muchas personalidades como Pablo y Martín Salvatierra, directores de la revista Infoárabe. Para la Gala del evento, Raísa Munira convoco a la destacada profesora y bailarina Gabriela Grenethier, “Najma” y al reconocido músico “Armen Kusikian” con su orquesta “Oriental Night”.

En el 2008, residió durante todo el año en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, donde trabajo en la obra teatral “Buenos Ayres Show. Un Variete Diferente”, en Recoleta, dirigida por Damián García. Producción Ejecutiva: ATA GROUP.

En el año 2009 fue partícipe de la idea y producción de la primera entrega de premios a profesores de danzas árabes de Córdoba:“Luna de Plata Oriental”, organizada por “La Última Bohemia”, dirigida por el reconocido escultor Eugenio Tomás Fiore, creador de los premios “Bamba”, “Estrella Concert”, “premio Ave” a Julio Bocca, “Sillón de Malvinas” y “Llave del Arzobispado de Córdoba” entregada al Papa Juan Pablo Segundo (actualmente expuesta en el Vaticano), entre otras obras.

Desde hace más de diez años, Raísa Munira desarrolla un nuevo estilo de danza fusión: “danza árabe electrónica”, producto de su propia experimentación, su pasión por las danzas árabes y la música electrónica. Ha podido combinar de manera armónica dos culturas separadas en tiempo y espacio, logrando un estilo único que puede considerarse de vanguardia.

En Octubre de 2009 participó en el encuentro de tribus - solistas - fusionistas organizado por Daniela Ruth, “Seminarios Córdoba” en la Academia FAMA. Encuentro que tuvo la presencia de bailarinas como Lorena Rojas y Cecilia García (de Mexico) junto a la reconocida Emine Lady Blue (Grupo MEM) entre otras. Allí, Raísa Munira, pudo dar muestra y hacer una presentación oficial de su estilo: Danza árabe electrónica.

En febrero de 2010 fue publicado el primer curso: “Danza árabe electrónica. Un nuevo estilo de danza. Aprende a bailar neofusión” en una web española que cuenta con el ISSN 1699- 4914 y el respaldo de la UNESCO, otorgándole todos los derechos de autoría. Cabe aclarar que este trabajo conlleva un minucioso estudio de investigación de carácter antropológico.

En el marco de la difusión de este novedoso estilo de danzas, participó como disertante en el XXXVII Congreso Internacional de Danzas realizado en la localidad de La Cumbre, con su ponencia "Sobre las fusiones de bellydance en la actualidad" que fue organizado por la Confederación Interamericana de Danzas.

Ese mismo año fue convocada para la docencia de danzas árabes en la prestigiosa academia de baile FAMA, en la Ciudad de Córdoba.

Luego, en el año 2012, inauguró junto a la profesora Micaela Mazzoni, su propia escuela de danzas "Arte en Expansión", donde dictó clases regulares hasta fines de 2013 en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina.

En el año 2014 obtuvo certificación de Instructora de Bellydance en el Belly Dance College (BDC) cuya directora es Nancy Kevorkian, sede en Florida, USA. Raísa Munira es miembro de BDC , lo que le ha permitido crear alianzas con profesionales internacionales debido a que es una entidad reconocida alrededor de todo el mundo y líder en belly dance. Sumado a ser la creadora de la comunidad online "Círculo Internacional de Docentes de danzas Árabes" donde bailarines, músicos y docentes comparten actividades diversas.

Desde el año 2015 y durante cuatro años, Raísa Munira dictó clases regulares de danzas árabes para niñas, jóvenes y adultas en la Patagonia, Argentina, habiendo sido profesora estable del Centro Cultural Municipal Trelew.

Raísa además ha incursionado en otros rubros artísticos como el teatro de revista, habiendo sido bailarina estable del ballet de la obra teatral "SEXYTANT" la revista de la patagonia. Habiendo sido seleccionada a través de casting profesional para trabajar en dicho espectáculo el que fue de gran éxito.

En 2018 se mudó a la ciudad de San Rafael, Provincia de Mendoza, Argentina donde enfatizó su escuela online: Escuela Integral de Danza y Cultura Árabe Raísa Munira. Actualmente cuenta con un staff de docentes internacionales que dictan las carreras de Intérprete de danzas árabes y profesorado, además cursos de ritmología e idioma árabe, entre otros.

Junto a Sahlan Aita es creadora de "international dance Congress", un congreso online que reune científicos y bailarines de todo el mundo bajo el lema: "Donde el Arte y la Ciencia se unen" con la visión de que no solo bailamos sino que estamos representando a una cultura milenaria.

Raísa destaca la importancia de seguir estudiando, por lo que actualmente se sigue capacitando con la prestigiosa bailarina Sadie Marquardt y tomando seminarios de diferentes temáticas.

Raísa Munira was born in Munich, Germany, in 1982. She was very interested in millenary cultures, especially the egyptian one with its history; this led her to investigate a lot and motivated by the work she did during several years in the Museum of Anthropology of the National University of Córdoba and her Syrian ancestry began to study Arab dances.

Her technique is the result of the teaching of his teachers Ivana Fernández, "Sabah", of the Syrian Lebanese Society of Córdoba; Marcela Jater; María Eugenia Doldán, "Narim Adymal"; Irma Bulacio and Nadia Mignone, "Naiarah"; added to the self-taught experimentation.

Raísa Munira has complemented her knowledge through studies at many universities  (UNC, UTN and UBA), topics such as leadership, motivation and pedagogical resources, among others, which she applies in the development of her courses and workshops.

She has participated in numerous public and private events, including the Bamba awards ceremony; Milenium Prize, to business entities; Dinner in honor of Professor Marta Luchenio, president of the Argentine Association of Tango; Tribute to Arsenio Luque in Del Libertador San Martín Theatre and Closing of the III Latin American Congress of vertebrate paleontology Neuquén 2008, among many others.

During year 2007 she dedicated specifically to the teaching of bellydancing in Gimnasio "Héctor", School of Arts "Luararte" and Dance School "Yoruba Dance Company" in Córdoba city, Argentina. In November, the same year, she was the director and producer of the national cultural event "Hafla 2007", which took place at the Ferial Córdoba venue, having attended numerous belly dance schools in the country and many personalities such as Pablo and Martín Salvatierra, directors of the Infoárabe magazine. In 2009 she participated in the idea and production of the first award ceremony for belly dance teachers in Córdoba: "Luna de Plata Oriental", organized by "La Última Bohemia", directed by the renowned sculptor Eugenio Tomás Fiore, creator of the "Bamba" awards, "Estrella Concert", "Ave Award" to Julio Bocca, "Sillón de Malvinas" and "Key of the Archbishopric of Córdoba" delivered to Pope John Paul II (currently exhibited in the Vatican), among other works.

Since more than ten years, Raísa Munira has developed a new style of fusion dance: "electronic Belly Dance", as a result of her own experimentation, her passion for bellydancing and electronic music. She has been able to harmoniously combine two separate cultures in time and space, achieving a unique style that can be considered avant-garde.

In October 2009 she participated in the gathering of tribes - soloists - fusionists organized by Daniela Ruth, "Cordoba Seminars" at the FAMA Academy. Encounter that had the presence of dancers Lorena Rojas and Cecilia García (from Mexico) with the renowned Emine Lady Blue (MEM Group) among others. There, Raísa Munira, was able toperform a show and make an official presentation of her style: Electronic Belly Dance.

In February 2010 the first online course was published: "Electronic Belly Dance. A new style of dancing. Learn how to dance neofusión "in a Spanish website that has the ISSN 1699-4914 and UNESCO support, granting her all the rights of authorship. It should be noted that this work involves a thorough research study of an anthropological nature. 

Within the framework of the dissemination of this new style of fusion dance, Raísa participated as a speaker at the XXXVII International Dance Congress held in La Cumbre town, with her speech "About bellydance fusions today" which was organized by the Confederación Interamericana de Danzas (CIAD).

That same year she was summoned to teach belly dancing at the prestigious dance academy FAMA, in Córdoba City.

Then, in 2012, she opened her own dance school "Arte en Expansión", with her dance partner, teacher Micaela Mazzoni, where she taught regular classes until the end of 2013 in Córdoba city, Argentina.

In 2014, she obtained Bellydance Instructor certification at the Belly Dance College (BDC) whose director is Nancy Kevorkian, based in Florida, USA. Raísa Munira is a member of BDC, which has allowed her to create alliances with international professionals because it is a recognized entity around the world and leader in belly dance.

Since 2015 and during four years, Raísa Munira dictated classes for girls, young people and adults in Patagonia Argentina, she had been stable instructor in Centro Cultural Municipal Trelew. 

Raísa has also ventured into other artistic fields such as the revue theater, having been a stable dancer of the ballet of the play "SEXYTANT" the revue of Patagonia. Having been selected through professional casting to work in that show which was a great success.

In 2018 she moved to the city of San Rafael, Province of Mendoza, Argentina where she emphasized her online school: Escuela Integral de Danza y Cultura Árabe Raísa Munira. It currently has a staff of international teachers who dictate the careers of Interpreter of Arabic dances and teaching, in addition to courses of rhythmology and Arabic language, among others.

Together with Sahlan Aita she is the creator of "international dance Congress", an online congress that brings together scientists and dancers from all over the world under the motto: "Where Art and Science meet" with the vision that we are not only dancing but also representing a millenary culture.

Raísa stresses the importance of continuing to study, so she is currently training with the prestigious dancer Sadie Marquardt and taking seminars on different topics.
